2) Supervise daily activities of 1012 sales agents, ensuring productivity and target achievement.
3) Conduct daily team huddles, review sessions and feedback discussions to resolve bottlenecks.
4) Coach, mentor and upskill agents on sales scripts, objection handling, and product knowledge.
5) Collaborate with the Quality Team and other TLs to meet larger campaign goals and KPIs.
6) Track key metrics such as daily connects, lead penetration, conversion %, talk time, and disposition quality.
7) Ensure CRM hygiene and adherence to compliance/KYC guidelines during the account opening journey.
