🏙️ We’re Hiring | Team Lead – Residential Sales
🔹 Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 sales professionals across projects and micro-markets
🔹 Drive sales for both mandated and non-mandated residential projects
🔹 Oversee site operations, staff management, and sales closures
🔹 Act as the single point of contact for developers and internal stakeholders
🔹 Liaise with marketing teams to plan & execute campaigns and project launches
🔹 Ensure project onboarding, billing, and timely collections
🔹 Monitor team performance and implement training interventions
✅ 8–9 years of real estate sales experience
✅ Hands-on experience with multiple project launches
✅ Proven ability to manage revenues between ₹100 Cr – ₹500 Cr
