We are looking for a Sales Team Lead with 46 years of experience to manage our sales activities in Hyderabad.
1) Plan and execute area-wise / zone-wise sales across Hyderabad.
2) Manage door-to-door sales activities, drive conversions, and ensure coverage.
3) Set up and manage stalls/kiosks to promote the company and generate leads.
4) Track daily sales, monitor performance, and guide the field team.
5) Motivate, train, and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
1) 46 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to field sales in Hyderabad.
2) Strong knowledge of Hyderabads topography (areas, societies, commercial hubs).
3) Hands-on experience in stall/kiosk-based promotions.
4) Proven ability in team tracking, monitoring, and leadership.
5) Someone proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a start-up environment.
