Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Regularly monitor and review team performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive team success. Provide mentorship and guidance to create a collaborative and high-performing culture. Ensure team punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to office decorum. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, attending meetings when necessary. Report team performance and updates to management on a daily basis. Offer valuable suggestions for business growth and innovation. Deliver timely sales training to both new and existing team members, empowering them for success. Your Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Proven track record of success in sales, with strong negotiation and communication skills. Leadership experience, preferably managing sales teams in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of sales principles and practices. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
