Sales Support Specialist (Transformer Components) - Korean Market

The Sales Support Specialist role at Hitachi Energy's Indian Operation Center in India (INOPC) involves actively contributing to the development of a global value chain to enhance value for Hitachi Energy customers worldwide. Specifically, you will be supporting the Transformer Components Business for Korea Demand side Team throughout the Sales Process. Your main responsibilities will include writing value-added proposals for mainstream transformers components, reviewing and analyzing customer specifications, identifying potential risks in bids, participating in Risk Reviews and internal negotiations, preparing technical/commercial tenders, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Electrical Sales, knowledge in Power Transformers and Transformer Components, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
