The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting online sales, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing sales processes by providing support. Provide outstanding customer and sales team support through various communication channels, including email and chat. Addressing Customer and sales team queries Respond promptly to customer and sales team inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability. Offer detailed and accurate information to customers to support their purchasing decisions. What we are looking for (Skill sets) Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting. Add Google sheet and google workspace skills

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or online sales support, preferably in the gems and jewellery sector.
