𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆


𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲:

To assist the sales team by managing inbound/outbound communication, supporting lead generation, preparing demos, documenting client requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination between prospects, account executives, and the technical team.


𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on product fit

• Conduct outbound follow-ups to nurture prospects

• Schedule meetings, product walkthroughs, and sales calls

• Maintain CRM updates with accuracy (HubSpot/Salesforce/etc.)

• Assist in proposal creation, pricing sheets, and product documentation

• Support demo preparation and coordinate with the technical or product team



𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Strong understanding of SaaS/technology terminology

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience with CRMs and sales automation tools

• Ability to learn digital products quickly
