Sales Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S. customers regarding installations, service, and general inquiries
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication on every interaction
• Manage customer retention by addressing issues quickly and preventing cancellations
• Follow-up proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term trust
• Escalate technical or complex cases to relevant departments with complete details
• Update customer records accurately in CRM (Insightly / Ascent / HubSpot)
• Maintain performance metrics for response time, resolution quality, and call handling
• Participate in ongoing product, service, and communication training
• Deliver a "white-glove" experience on every call — professional tone, patience, and solution-orientation
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in U.S.-facing customer service or call-center roles (solar, telecom, or tech preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills — near-native fluency required
• Strong soft skills: empathy, listening, confidence, patience, and positivity
• Great voice quality and clarity — must sound professional on calls
• Comfortable handling retention and escalation conversations
• Proficient with CRMs, ticketing tools, and Google Workspace
• Organized, disciplined, and thrives under structure and accountability
• Team player who is not afraid to speak up and take initiative
