Job Description

Order Placement: Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely placement and confirmation of orders. Payment Coordination: Track payment schedules, prepare payment advice, liaise with accounts for timely disbursal, and resolve discrepancies. Material Dispatch: Plan and coordinate material dispatch schedules, ensure accurate documentation and delivery tracking. Site Coordination: Act as a liaison between the office and site teams, ensuring timely communication of updates, requirements, and logistics. Communication: Maintain professional and prompt communication with vendors, site engineers, clients, and internal departments. Bill Checking & Certification: Verify vendor bills, check for accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes, and coordinate with concerned departments for certification and approval.
