In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales department, providing essential support to our Sales and Marketing Managers. You'll use your excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi to interact directly with clients, explain our products, and ensure a smooth sales process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresher looking to launch a career in sales and marketing in the furnishing industry.   Location: Chennai | Job Type: Full-Time   Responsibilities: Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing product information both over the phone and in person. Product Explanations: Clearly and effectively explain our product range to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits. Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts. Administrative Tasks: Manage and update customer databases, schedule meetings, and handle general administrative duties to ensure the sales team operates efficiently. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Managers to understand their needs and provide proactive support. Reporting: Create and maintain reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using MS Office tools, especially Excel.   Qualifications & Skills Excellent Communication: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. Client-Facing Skills: A friendly, professional, and confident demeanor when interacting with clients. Proficiency in MS Office: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Eagerness to Learn: A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn about the new industry and sales processes.
