Sales Support Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Sales Support Executive to support our loan consultancy operations. The role involves coordination between customers and banks, ensuring smooth documentation and follow-ups for loan sanctioning, and also contributing to business development activities. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers and banks for loan processing and documentation Call potential and existing clients to explain loan products and services Regular follow-ups with banks to ensure timely sanction and disbursal of loans Visit banks or customer locations (as needed) for submitting/collecting documents Maintain client records and update status in CRM Assist in business development activities by identifying potential clients and partners Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi, & basic English Confident in making outbound calls and handling customer queries Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Willingness to travel locally as per work needs Should be responsible, punctual, and presentable
