As a graduate with 3+ years of experience, preferably in an IT background, you will join our team with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a must. Knowledge of Power BI, along with familiarity with Sales CRM systems, particularly Microsoft CRM, will be advantageous. A positive attitude, energy, and dependability are key attributes we value. In this role, you will work closely with the sales leadership and regional managers to support the day-to-day operational management of the sales organization. Collaborating with management, you will define, lead, and deliver initiatives to support revenue growth, drive sales productivity improvements, and enhance sales methodology, support, and training. Your responsibilities will include reporting (daily/monthly) using CRM to increase sales productivity, coordinating and scheduling events, managing overall CRM administration, and providing general operations and administrative support.
