Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Executive located in Chennai. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, preparing sales proposals, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating sales activities, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and assisting with market research. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
• Administrative and Organizational skills, including proficiency with MS Office
• Experience in preparing sales proposals and managing sales records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
