Sales Support Executive

High Precision Industry Private Limited , a leading precision Components Manufacturer & Exproter based in Coimbatore, is looking for an Inside Sales & Logistics Executive to strengthen our sales operations and customer support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily billing, order processing & acknowledgements, and release Work Orders to Production/Planning.
• Manage export & logistics operations: invoices, packing/stuffing plans, container scheduling, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Maintain and update sales records, price lists & marketing department documentation, while coordinating progress with the Production team.
• Prepare and update Gantt charts for new product development and regular orders.
• Provide customers with timely updates on order progress and dispatch schedules.
• Documentation related to ISO & company QMS system.

Requirements:

• B.Com / BBA / relevant degree with 2–5 years’ experience in sales coordination, export logistics, or order management.
• Proficient in MS Office & Google Sheets.
• Willing to learn and operate the company’s ERP system.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
