Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support and Onboarding Executive. The role involves handling account opening for Crypto and Demat accounts, assisting clients with Algo linking, onboarding, and product-related queries, and gradually moving into sales of KRA financial products. This role suits someone who has a good understanding of financial or trading platforms, enjoys client interaction, and is eager to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Handle account opening processes for Crypto and Demat accounts (Delta Platform).
Provide customer support for onboarding, KRA product queries, and algo linking.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding and ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
Conduct outbound calls for KRA products and handle the full sales cycle (post-probation).
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely client issue resolution.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, or sales (Finance / FinTech preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
Basic understanding of financial products, trading, or crypto platforms is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools and client data management.
Ability to work onsite full-time and handle target-based work.
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Industry Background

Finance / FinTech / Broking / Crypto / Investment Services.
