Sales & Support Executive

Tour2Tech is India’s fastest-growing brand for final year projects and student tech solutions. We’re looking for a female candidate who is confident, organized, and has at least 1 year of experience in sales or student counselling.

You’ll handle student communication across calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, chat, and email turning inquiries into sales, solving student queries, following up, and providing regular updates.

This role blends sales, relationship management, and student support — ideal for someone who enjoys helping students while achieving clear conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all communication channels: WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, email, and chat.
• Respond to student queries quickly and professionally.
• Explain project plans and offers clearly to students and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Follow up daily with interested students and update their status in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Provide project updates — payment confirmations, delivery timelines, and support messages.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcast and Instagram campaigns for offers and new services.
• Keep daily records of leads received, follow-ups done, and conversions achieved.
• Collect student feedback and testimonials to support marketing.
• Coordinate with the technical/project team for progress updates and issue resolution.
• Analyse sales data and suggest ways to improve lead-to-sale conversion.

Skills & Requirements

• Female candidate only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Student Counselling / Telemarketing
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
• Confident on calls, chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, CRM, and WhatsApp Business tools
• Creative in crafting messages and engaging with students
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
• Friendly yet professional attitude

We are looking for a confident and empathetic communicator who understands student psychology, stays organized under pressure, and has the drive to meet daily targets while maintaining great relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
