About the Role

We are looking for a Documentation & Research Associate with a Computer/IT background who enjoys writing, research, and presenting technical content in a professional way.

Your core work will include preparing project PPTs, reports, theses, research papers, and synopses. You will also create structured PDF files for project topics and publish selected content as SEO-friendly blog articles.

This is a Work From Home role offering flexibility, growth, and a chance to apply your technical + AI skills to real-world academic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare academic & technical project deliverables (PPTs, reports, theses, synopses, research papers).
• Convert project topics into structured PDF documents and maintain proper organization.
• Publish technical content on websites in blog/article format.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. to speed up research and drafting.
• Conduct literature surveys, reference formatting (IEEE/APA style), and prepare technical documentation.
• Design simple block diagrams, flowcharts, and infographics (Canva / PlantUML / Lucidchart).
• Communicate effectively with the team and deliver work on time with accuracy.

Skills Required

• Diploma / Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology (mandatory).
• Strong English writing & communication skills.
• Good at using ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI tools for documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Canva (LaTeX knowledge is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of SEO & content publishing preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
