Sales Support Executive

BMI Cables Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of wires and cables, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to manage client orders and ensure smooth order-to-payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Follow up with clients for payment collection as per agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate order records and update ERP/CRM systems.
• Address customer queries related to orders, delivery status, and invoices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, order management, or client servicing.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
