Job Description

Sales Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset to contribute to a growing and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Administration

  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and service agreements for MPS solutions (hardware, software, and services)
  • Process and track sales orders from proposal to delivery and installation
  • Maintain accurate records including client information, contract details, and renewal dates in companys software platforms
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, coordinating device deployment, site surveys, and installation scheduling

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for client follow-ups, status updates, and basic inquiries
  • Coordinate meetings, demos, and site assessments between clients and sales engineers
  • Assist with proposals, ensuring timely submission of required documentation

Reporting & Data Management

  • Generate and distribute sales performance reports (e.g., monthly pipeline status, closed deals, device volumes)
  • Track KPIs such as deal close rates, contract renewal timelines, and MPS device uptime metrics
  • Monitor contract expirations and proactively support renewals and upsell opportunities

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with service delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of printers/MFPs, toner, and consumables
  • Liaise with billing and finance departments to ensure accuracy of invoices and contract terms

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a sales coordinator or administrative support role (preferably in IT services, office technology, or print services)
  • Familiarity with Managed Print Services or office equipment industry (e.g., Ricoh, HP, Xerox, Canon)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
