Follow-up with vendors for material at various stages of production to achieve OTIF, inform vendors about order cancellation on time Give a timely update to the production team regarding raw material delivery. Confirm the quality of raw material at the time of unloading with help of QA team. Ensure MLI adherence in the Plant (all 3 phases) Maintain records and update ERP system at regular intervals Check 3 days in a week System V/S Actual Stock and material tag on Stacking.
