Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Follow the daily production plan and ensure metal doors are made on time as per design.
Check quality at every stage and ensure fire-rated doors meet IS standards.
Monitor machines like HSG fiber Laser machine, press brake, and welding units and ensure preventive maintenance is done.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S practices.
Identify small improvements and implement Kaizen for better efficiency.
Ensure raw materials and hardware are available on time for smooth production.
Supervise operators, welders, and helpers and train them on safety and work methods.
Follow all safety rules and maintain required ISO documentation.
Prepare daily and monthly production reports and keep accurate production records.

Preferred candidate profile

BE or Diploma Mechanical

2 to 3+ years of relevant experience.

Preferable from Metal Door only.
