Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Sales Specialist to lead our business growth in the European market for used and refurbished mobile phones. The right candidate is not just a salesperson—they are a hunter, obsessed with achieving results, expanding customer networks, and constantly pushing for the next big deal. This is an opportunity for someone with the hunger to grow, the drive to succeed, and the discipline to operate without hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Penetration & Growth
· Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies tailored for the European B2B used device market.
· Identify and target wholesalers, retailers, online resellers, and marketplaces across Europe.
· Proactively research market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity.
2. Direct Sales & Lead Conversion
· Source new leads and close deals independently—no waiting for leads to come to you.
· Manage the full sales cycle: from outreach and negotiation to closing and repeat orders.
· Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets—consistently.
3. Customer Relationship Management
· Build long-term partnerships with key buyers and partners.
· Provide expert advice and solutions based on device grading, pricing, and inventory needs.
· Follow up rigorously to ensure a smooth buying experience.
4. Reporting & Accountability
· Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales tools.
· Prepare pipeline forecasts and weekly sales performance updates.
· Track KPIs and adapt strategy based on results.
Preferred Candidate
RequirementsEducation & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Minimum 2 years of hardcore B2B sales experience, preferably in electronics, FMCG, telecom, or device trading.
· Experience selling in European markets is required. Experience in used/refurbished mobile sales is a huge plus.
Skills & Mindset
· Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a strong advantage.
· Strong negotiation, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficient in CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
· Self-motivated, disciplined, and obsessed with results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
