Sales Specialist / Key Account Manager / Relationship Manager – Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic salesteam. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing corporate dealswith a strong focus on long-term partnerships and digital media solutions. Your ability to understandclient needs, analyze their digital presence, and provide compelling recommendations will be centralto driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Sales Functions

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients through research,networking, field visits, and outreach.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers,understanding their needs and presenting customized digital media and social platform solutions.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations for corporate deals, ensuring favorable terms whileresolving client concerns and closing contracts effectively.
• Account Management: Provide ongoing support to existing corporate clients, ensuring satisfactionand identifying upsell opportunities.

Digital Media–Specific Responsibilities

• Sell digital media / social platform solutions with demonstrated experience.
• Clearly articulate and convince customers on the importance of digital presence for their businessgrowth.
• Evaluate a client’s current digital footprint, identify gaps, and explain how Sulekha can helpoptimize and strengthen their digital presence.
• Manage high-value clients and consistently generate revenue of 4 Lakhs per month.Collaboration & Strategy
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure unified clientengagement and delivery.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new businessopportunities.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales campaigns aimed at meeting corporate salestargets.
• Willingness to conduct regular field visits for customer meetings, lead generation, and relationshipbuilding.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Engineering background is a plus.
• Minimum 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital media, social platforms, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.• Strong ability to articulate the value of digital media to clients and influence decision-making.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and evaluate a customer’s digital presence.• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
