Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing customer service inquiries, providing training on services, and managing sales processes to meet targets. This role requires a proactive approach to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to provide Training related to services
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
