Role Description This is a full-time Sales Specialist role located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, providing product demonstrations, and preparing sales reports. The role requires collaboration with the marketing and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in IT solutions or technology services is a plus
