Position Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our Pune office. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with at least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or consulting services. This is a full-time, office-based role for someone who thrives on building client relationships, meeting sales goals, and contributing to Unbend’s expansion journey. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Present Unbend’s services confidently to decision-makers across industries. Understand client requirements and propose tailored consulting solutions. Maintain and update the CRM with leads, contacts, and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, branding) to align strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably B2B or consulting/services). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in pitching to senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
