Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Dehradun. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients, understanding their travel needs, and offering tailored travel solutions. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will conduct training sessions for new team members and oversee sales management activities to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in providing Training and mentorship to new team members
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
