Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, communicating with potential and existing customers, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes daily tasks such as engaging with clients via phone, email, and other channels, understanding customer needs, and driving sales to meet targets. The specialist will also conduct training sessions and support sales management processes to ensure the team’s success. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Ability to conduct Sales Training and continuous learning Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Experience in the fashion industry is advantageous
