Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be involved in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting Training sessions and developing training materials
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the healthcare or executive search industry is a plus
