We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting company products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure proper follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales and marketing
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
