Role Description Job Title: High Ticket Sales Closer Company: Tubehelper – A High Ticket Digital Marketing Agency Location: Remote / Work from Home Type: Full-Time About Tubehelper Tubehelper is a digital marketing agency that helps creators, coaches, and businesses grow their online presence and scale revenue through YouTube, paid ads, and funnel optimization. We’re now expanding our sales team and looking for experienced high-ticket closers who can confidently convert qualified leads into premium clients. 🎯 Role Overview As a High Ticket Sales Closer , you’ll be responsible for closing deals worth ₹50,000 – ₹5,00,000+ for our Done-For-You and consulting services. You’ll handle leads generated by our marketing team — no cold calling required — and focus purely on relationship building, discovery calls, and deal closure . 🧩 Responsibilities Conduct discovery and closing calls with inbound leads (provided by Tubehelper). Build trust and identify client pain points through consultative selling. Present Tubehelper’s high-ticket offers with confidence and clarity. Follow up with warm leads using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain a strong closing ratio (minimum 25–30%). Collaborate with the marketing and fulfilment teams to ensure client satisfaction. Report daily call outcomes and performance metrics to the Sales Head. 📈 Requirements Experience: 1–2 years in high-ticket or B2B sales (digital marketing, coaching, or SaaS preferred). Strong Communication: Fluent in English & Hindi with persuasive conversation skills. Proven Closures: Must have experience handling deals of ₹50,000+ per client. Confidence: Comfortable talking on Zoom or phone with founders, creators, and business owners. Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented mindset with hunger to grow and earn more.
