🎯 Role Overview

High Ticket Sales Closer

relationship building, discovery calls, and deal closure

🧩 Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and closing calls with inbound leads (provided by Tubehelper).
• Build trust and identify client pain points through consultative selling.
• Present Tubehelper’s high-ticket offers with confidence and clarity.
• Follow up with warm leads using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain a strong closing ratio (minimum 25–30%).
• Collaborate with the marketing and fulfilment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Report daily call outcomes and performance metrics to the Sales Head.

📈 Requirements

• Experience:

  1–2 years in high-ticket or B2B sales (digital marketing, coaching, or SaaS preferred).

• Strong Communication:

  Fluent in English & Hindi with persuasive conversation skills.

• Proven Closures:

  Must have experience handling deals of ₹50,000+ per client.

• Confidence:

  Comfortable talking on Zoom or phone with founders, creators, and business owners.

• Self-Motivated:

  Goal-oriented mindset with hunger to grow and earn more.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Go High Level, etc.) is a plus.

💰 Compensation

• Base Salary:

  ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on experience)

• Commissions:

  5–15% per closed deal

• Average Earning Potential:

  ₹60,000 – ₹1,50,000/month (with bonuses)

• Performance Bonuses:

  Incentives for hitting monthly targets
