Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will engage in sales processes, manage customer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and support the training of clients or team members as required. The role involves driving sales performance, managing accounts, and executing initiatives aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service, focusing on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Experience in client or team Training to explain product offerings and support operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Plumbing, Fire-fighting, or HVAC segments is a plus.
