The incumbent will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing functions of all Lehry Valve products and services. The incumbent will work in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams and will be responsible to execute annual sales targets and to define long-term sales growth strategies. They will regularly communicate with distributors, dealers, contractors and other identified segments in Plumbing, Fire-fighting and HVAC segments. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in Plumbing, Fire-fighting and HVAC segments. Hands-on-key account management experience in EPC business with understanding of tendering process. Proven experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management and managing sales budgets. Demonstrated ability to create and execute go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of proficiency in English and other local languages. Strong willingness to travel and flexibility for support to offsite locations and exhibitions. Ability to work in a team environment and to collaborate with diverse personalities effectively.
