StarHome Enterprises is a leading D2C brand specializing in cosmetics and perfumes. We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us expand our offline presence in Guindy, Chennai. This role requires creativity, strong sales skills, and the ability to achieve set targets using 360-degree marketing techniques.

• Set and meet monthly sales goals by leveraging offline marketing strategies such as events, partnerships, and local promotions.
• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our cosmetic and perfume products effectively.
• Engage with customers through personalized interactions and exceptional service to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Use data to refine strategies and ensure measurable growth in sales and customer engagement.

• Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Proficiency in offline marketing tactics.
• Passion for cosmetics, self-motivation, and a proactive approach.
