Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Chennai, Pallavaram, Thiruvallur Salem, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Puducherry, Madurai,and Tindivanam. The LAP Sales Specialist will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the sales process. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, training clients on product benefits, managing sales activities, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to train clients on product benefits and usage Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
