This role requires creativity, strong sales skills, and the ability to achieve set targets using 360-degree marketing techniques. Key Responsibilities: Set and meet monthly sales goals by leveraging offline marketing strategies such as events, partnerships, and local promotions. Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our cosmetic and perfume products effectively. Engage with customers through personalized interactions and exceptional service to drive loyalty and repeat business. Use data to refine strategies and ensure measurable growth in sales and customer engagement. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry. Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Proficiency in offline marketing tactics. Passion for cosmetics, self-motivation, and a proactive approach.
