Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — while maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about helping businesses find solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking
• Understand client needs and present appropriate product or service solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress using CRM tools
• Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to improve conversion and retention
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing remote communications
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
