Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will oversee identifying potential customers, building relationships, and promoting Shalby Hospitals’ services. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, executing marketing strategies, providing exceptional client service, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure patient satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will play a vital role in representing Shalby’s brand and driving business growth through strategic engagement with clients and healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Development
• Proficiency in Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Outreach Coordination
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a competitive environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is an advantage
