Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communicating with potential students and their guardians, providing excellent customer service, managing sales of course enrollments, conducting training sessions for new sales staff, and overseeing sales management activities to achieve set targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting Training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
