Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Kochi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting suitable travel packages, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing and training sales staff, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

• Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff to enhance team performance and skill development.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge or experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
