Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Pune East and West, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for making calls, aligning site visits, providing excellent customer service, and offering guidance on real estate projects & handling pre sales team. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Engagement in training programs to improve sales techniques will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Sales and Sales Management experience to drive results and achieve targets in real estate.
  • Ability to provide Training and mentoring support to continuously enhance team capabilities.
  • Proficient negotiation skills and market knowledge to close deals efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is a must.
