Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Pune West, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They will also provide excellent customer service, maintain relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team and participating in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales abilities and experience in Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor junior sales staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
