Role Description

Sales Specialist

  • No cold calls.
  • No mall floor sales.
  • No walk-in handling.

  • Submitted build forms
  • Created PC configs
  • Enquired via WhatsApp / website chat
  • Requested callback or quotations

Responsibilities

  • Call & follow up with incoming leads from the website dashboard
  • Explain configuration differences (GPU/CPU/RAM/SSD etc. in simple terms)
  • Guide them to the right build without upselling pressure
  • Share quotations & build readiness timelines
  • Update CRM lead status daily (Hot / Warm / Follow-Up / Closed)
  • Coordinate with build team for confirmations & payments


Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and effectively address their requirements.
  • Proven Customer Service and problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional and engaging client experience.
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed targets while promoting company services and products.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Training and Sales Management to lead customer and team training initiatives effectively.
  • Good understanding of PC components and assembly processes, with the ability to provide technical advice and troubleshooting support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in the gaming technology or electronics sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
