Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven individuals with a strong understanding of the credit card market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with the ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit card products to prospective customers
• Understand market trends, competition, and customer requirements
• Achieve assigned targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, or other channels
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction
• Provide accurate product information and guide customers through the application process
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing ability and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the credit card market and consumer behavior
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented attitude
• Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services will be an added advantage
