Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Representative located in Mumbai. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for establishing relationships with suppliers and buyers, managing accounts, addressing queries, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, troubleshooting problems, and facilitating seamless transactions between buyers and suppliers. Additionally, the Sales Service Representative will work toward meeting sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in B2B marketplaces or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 56%+ in 10th and 12th
• 50%+ in graduation
• Interested in sales and servicing
