Sales Service Representative

You will be joining Binny's Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales Service Representative based in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the ideal diamond jewellery, exhibit products, manage transactions, and deliver exceptional customer service. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. Your knowledge of diamond jewellery and current trends will be crucial in effectively showcasing and selling products. Strong sales and negotiation abilities, coupled with previous experience in retail sales or customer service, will be beneficial. The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is essential. Fluency in multiple languages would be an advantage. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a minimum high school diploma or equivalent are also required for this position.
