Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator/Associate based in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator/Associate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and processing sales orders. Additional tasks include coordinating sales activities, providing training to new team members, and assisting in sales management tasks to drive sales growth.

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and support to new team members
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
