Job Description

As an Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics with 2-3 years of experience in after sales service sales and marketing of OIL/GAS/DUAL FUEL pressure jet burners, Heating systems/equipment, Capital equipments, Boilers, Heaters, Energy related equipment, Pumps & Motors, Compressors, Furnaces, Ovens, you will be tasked with the sales and servicing of products and services. You will report to the General Manager/Business Manager of the Burners & Heating Systems Division regarding day-to-day activities, coordinate efficiently between customers and various functional departments, liaise with customers and associates, and ensure adherence to the sales and service processes and procedures of the company. Your main responsibilities will include selling and servicing products to existing and potential customers in the assigned territory, meeting sales and after-sales targets, implementing product marketing plans, managing spares and service offers, and supporting the Business Manager of Burners and Heating Systems as per company guidelines. You will also be responsible for business development, supporting dealers and associates across different locations, mapping the territory, updating data, scheduling and implementing sales and service processes. Key activities will involve sales and service of Burners and heating systems in the designated territory, coordinating with the sales administration department and customers, reporting daily activities, ensuring timely execution of responsibilities, preparing Management Information System (MIS), reviewing data, coordinating with relevant departments, assisting in sales and service activities of associates/dealers, and maintaining effective communication with functional heads, associates, customers, and dealers. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess general customer care and sales skills, be proactive, have a good understanding of customer needs, demonstrate sales acumen, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills. You should also be familiar with organizational processes such as internal standards, feedback system development, functional audit and review, sales functional team management methodology, MIS development and implementation, and compliance with office procedures, internal processes, policies, and company regulations.,
