Sales & Service Engineer – Hydraulics

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales & Service Engineer to support our growing hydraulic manufacturing business. The role involves technical sales, field service, customer support, and active lead generation through market visits and industrial marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through field visits, industrial marketing, and customer meetings
• Provide technical sales support for hydraulic cylinders, jacks, power packs, pumps, and valves
• Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting at customer sites
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable hydraulic solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support order closure
• Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for smooth execution
• Travel extensively for sales, service, and marketing activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or related engineering field
• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
• Experience in hydraulic sales, service, or maintenance preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively for lead generation and customer support
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, flexible, and result-oriented
